At STORM Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your timepiece, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Watch

  Carefully place the watch in its original STORM presentation box, ensuring all protective films and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your new watch within 5-7 business days.
